  I took my vehicle to this shop to have the starter replaced. When I took it there, I was informed that the job should only take a couple hours to complete, so I should expect it back in a few days. A week and a half later it hadn't been touched. I called almost everyday or stopped in and asked the status, each time I was told they were working on my truck next. Finally I went in and after the older gentleman was very rude, decided to have it towed to another shop.
  
  The majority of the time a I called, the line was busy.
  
  In a nutshell, they don't keep the customer informed, they didn't get the work done in a timely manner and were never pleasant to deal with.
